Almond and goji bliss balls (bolinhas de amêndoa e goji)

This is a super easy and delicious recipe, perfect  for a snack attack.

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of dates, (soaked in water if needed)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp peanut, almond or cashew butter
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cup goji

Mix all ingredients in a food processor with the exception of goji berries and the almonds till you have a homogeneous dough.

Now add the almonds and break them down, so you still have nice big chunks. Add finally the goji berries and involve.

With your hands roll a teaspoons of mixture into a ball. Store in the fridge to harden up before serving if you prefere.

PT: 

  • 1 caneca de aveia
  • 1 caneca de tâmaras, (demolhadas em água se necessário)
  • 1 caneca de amêndoas 
  • 2 c. sopa de água (usar a água das tâmaras)
  • 2 c. sopa manteiga de amendoim, amêndoa, caju ou tahini
  • 1 c. sopa  de sementes de linhaça trituradas 
  • 1 caneca de goji 

Misturar todos os ingredientes num processador de alimentos com excepção das bagas de goji e das amêndoas até obter um pasta bem homogénea.

Adicionar as amêndoas e pulsar só para que quebrem. Adicionar as barras de goji e envolver. Com as mãos humedecidas para não agarrar à massa, moldar no formato pretendido, barras ou bolinhas.
