Roasted Sweet pointed Peppers with hummus (pimentos vermelhos italianos assados com hummus)

  • 4 sweet pointed peppers (halved lengthways through the stalk and deseeded)
  • extra-virgin to drizzle
  • hummus (recipe here – 🌿
  • chopped oreganos

Preheat the oven to 180C, put the peppers on a baking tray and leave in the oven for about 20 minutes, until softened. Fill the peppers with the hummus, top with oreganos and serve.

PT:

  • 4 pimentos vermelhos italianos, cortados a meio longitudinalmente sem sementes
  • Azeite para regar
  • hummus (receita aqui –  🌿)
  • orégãos picados

Pré-aquecer o forno a 180 ° C, colocar os pimentões  no forno por cerca de 20 minutos, até ficarem macios. Rechear com hummus, polvilhar com oreganos e servir.
