Peas & Beans with Mint (ervilhas & feijões com menta)

11202979_10208223785125272_1570254188538632180_oUse fresh ingredients preferably, if not frozen or dried beans are an option too.

  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/3 cup Borlotti Beans
  • 1/3 cup Kidney Beans
  • 1/3 cup Soya Beans
  • 1/3 cup Broad Beans
  • Fresh Mint leaves, cut finely
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Place the wok or frying pan over a low heat, add all the ingredients and stir occasionally. Cook, covered, for 6-10 minutes. When done, remove from heat. Set aside.

PT:  Usar ervilhas e feijões frescos de preferencia. Se forem difíceis de encontrar, pode-se usar congelados ou secos.

  • 1/2 caneca Ervilhas
  • 1/3 caneca Feijão rajado 
  • 1/3 caneca feijão vermelho
  • 1/3 caneca Grãos de soja verde (Edamame)
  • 1/3 caneca Favas
  • folhas frescas de hortelã, cortadas finamente
  • 2 c. de sopa de azeite
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto

Colocar no wok ou frigideira em lume brando todos os ingredientes e mexer ocasionalmente. Cozinhar com tampa por 6-10 minutos.
